Every once in a while I get contacted by a couple with an interesting story of how they met. So was the case with Jet and Tracy, a co-pilot and flight attendant, who met while working on China Airlines. They now work and travel together exploring the wonders of this world whenever they get their chance. So knowing that they were going to fly to Amsterdam, Jet and Tracy planned it well and decided to contact me for a fun pre-wedding shoot in Holland.
We began the pre wedding shoot at sunrise, a peaceful and quiet time of the day. Amsterdam is not yet crowded with tourists and commuters, making it a very beautiful time to photograph. We visited the famous Dam square in front of the Royal Palace and then headed over to the Museum square for some early morning shots at the famous I-Amsterdam sign. As the tourists slowly started pouring in, we headed over to the famous windmills of Zaanse Schans, not far from Amsterdam. Windmills lined up along the water and traditional Dutch houses from the 1700’s make this spot the perfect place for the full Dutch experience. It was the end of the day and Jet and Tracy had to head back to the airport to catch their flight to thier next destination. Not a bad life!
Hopefully I get to see them again for another fun photoshoot in another European city!
