2020.  Enough said.

Covid-19 did a number on us.  As did most businesses in the entertainment and hospitality industries, the wedding industry took a hard blow.  Because of the limitation of guests allowed, restrictions on receptions and parties, and mandatory social distancing, it seemed as if it was impossible to have a “normal” wedding in 2020.  Most of the weddings that were booked for this year were either moved to the end of the year or postponed to next year.  Yet despite all these restrictions, some couples managed to make it work and got married in a safe manner.  In fact, one couple went as far as doing a drive-thru wedding reception!  That’s a first!  It was a special wedding season for sure but beautiful nevertheless with wonderful couples whom I had a pleasure to get to know.  A season that will be memorable for years to come.  Here’s hoping for a promising and healthy 2021!
